Terms of service

These terms explain how Kalinmedia works. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before you pay.

What we do

Kalinmedia provides social media promotion services: we send engagement such as followers, likes, views and comments to public links you give us. We work with our own network of Nigerian users and with trusted partners.

Your account

  • Keep your login safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
  • Give us correct contact details so we can reach you about your orders.
  • One free trial per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free trials is not allowed.

Your wallet

  • You fund your wallet in naira through Korapay. Your balance can be used for any service.
  • Prices can change when our suppliers' costs change. The price you see when you place an order is the price you pay for that order.
  • Bonuses (deposit, loyalty, welcome back) are added to your wallet as credit and can only be spent on orders.

Orders

  • Links must be public and correct. If a link is private, wrong or changed during delivery, the order may fail or be partly delivered.
  • Do not run two orders for the same service on the same link at the same time.
  • Speeds shown are typical, not promises. Some orders take longer.
  • We never ask for your social media password.

Refunds and refills

See our refund policy. In short: if an order is partly delivered, canceled or cannot start, the unused amount returns to your wallet automatically. Refills are available only on services that show a refill window, and only within that window.

Fair use

Do not use Kalinmedia for anything illegal, hateful, or to harass anyone. We may refuse, cancel or refund any order, or close an account that breaks these terms.

Platforms

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X and other platforms are not part of Kalinmedia and do not endorse us. They can change how their apps work at any time, which may affect delivery or how long numbers stay.
