I paid but my balance did not change. What do I do?
Bank transfers can take a few minutes. On the Add funds page, tap "Paid but not credited? Check" next to the payment. We also check every minute on our own. If it still does not show after 30 minutes, message Taz on WhatsApp with the reference.
