We keep what we need to run your account and nothing more. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: username, email, phone number, and your name if you add it.
- Your orders, payments and wallet history.
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser, and how you found us (for example which ad you clicked), so we can keep accounts safe and know what works.
How we use it
- To run your orders and your wallet.
- To help you on WhatsApp or by email when you need it, and to send order and payment updates.
- To send deals and tips, only if you said yes. You can turn this off any time in Account.
- To measure our advertising, using tools from Meta and Google.
Who we share it with
- Korapay processes your payments. We never see your card details.
- Our email provider sends our emails.
- Suppliers only receive the public link and the quantity for each order, never your personal details.
Your choices
You can update your details in Account. To close your account or ask what we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp or email taz@kalinmedia.com.
